Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this time we only offer home visits and video visits (tele-health). We will bring everything required for each visit. We can absolutely be reached by phone as well.

  • This will depend on which tier you select. There is, at minimum, a once monthly 30 minute telehealth visit. You can add on as many structured visits as desired. We can also be reached via phone, email or your patient portal as needed.

  • If you choose the 6 month or annual billing options you will be billed at those intervals. If you go with the monthly billing option there is no contract. Although we are confident you will benefit from the program, you can cancel at any time.

  • Absolutely! We have relationships with our Health Partners, however the most important thing is your success! If you have a team you already work with we are happy to collaborate.

  • You most definitely do not have to take an extra medication. However, pharmacologic interventions for weight loss have come a very long way in the past 10 years. The medications we offer are proven to improve your likelihood of sustainable weight loss. Though, we recognize medications are not for everybody.

  • We sure do. Our electronic medical record is called CERBO. You will have your own personal portal from which you can review your chart, results, fill out forms and communicate with us securely.
